Independent Assessor Feedback
Our independent assessors consistently highlight the following strengths across all Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments:
- Robust security posture with strong implementation of core controls.
- Effective anti-malware protection and multi-factor authentication.
- Patch management and configuration controls rated above average.
- Intune deployment and device management noted as strong and well-structured.
- Proactive pre-assessment checks ensuring compliance before submission.
The organisation has a very robust security posture. Anti-malware protection, external service protections and cloud multi-factor authentication were well implemented with no non-compliance identified.
Patch management of the Windows devices and their installed applications was particularly strong, with only very minor issues identified during the scans. The organisation should be commended on this, because it is often the most challenging part of the assessment for others. Configuration management of the Windows devices was also equally strong. The Intune deployment has been performed with above average security.
